Score Reporting Procedures
1) Only Varsity scores should be reported. JV standings are
not recorded.
2) Winning team (or both teams in the case of a tie) must
report the score of the contest within 72 hours of the match.
3) Call the scores hotline: (224) 366-5455. Select option for 8th grade girls. Leave the date of the game,
the game number, the teams (please be specific, such as St. Paul
7th Blue) and the score for each team.

are $25 for varsity and $20 for JV.

Eyeglass Waiver
The officials have
asked that players who where corrective eyeglasses that are not approved
sports glasses must have a simple waiver available at each game. Players
without such a waiver will not be allowed to play while wearing glasses. In
all cases, glasses must be secured to the player's head with a restraining
strap. An example of how the waiver should read:
"I (parent name)
give my child permission to wear corrective eyeglasses while playing
soccer. I assume all responsibility, risk and liability associated with the
wearer of glasses."
