Practice Begins: March 15th, 2010

Baseball and Girls Softball Scheduling Meeting: Tuesday March 16th, 2010 @ 7:00pm at St. John Brebeuf Ministry Center

Season Begins: Monday April 19th, 2010

Season Ends: Sunday May 16th, 2010

Quarter Finals: Monday May 17th,  2010 to Thursday May 20th, 2010

Semi Finals: Saturday May 22nd, 2010

Finals: Sunday May 23rd, 2010

 

Special Note: 1. All participating schools should do their best to find a field for their HOME GAMES. The CSCC is also looking for fields for

                        the playoffs. Playoffs for Baseball: Sat. 5/22/10 - 4 games; Sun. 5/23/10 - 2 games. Playoffs for Girls Softball: Sat. 5/22/10 - 4 games;

                        Sun. 5/23/10 - 2 games.

                        2. All participating schools should have a Coaches List of all coaches and assistant coaches for every team entered. The coaches list

                        should include coaches name, home phone, cell phone and email address to be turned in at the meeting.

1. Attendance of participating schools, assigning divisions and turn in all coaches names and phone numbers.

2. New rules.

3. Review of rules and clarifications.

4. Review of procedures and reporting scores.

5. Review of double rostering rule.

6. Collection of League Fees - $125.00 per team. DON'T FORGET THE LEAGUE FEES!!! Fees go to Maggie Burke before the

    meeting ends.

7. Scheduling of games.

8. Turn in completed schedules to Paul before leaving the meeting.
